The single-shot M99 from BARRETT is indeed a special kind of large-caliber rifle. With a 32" bull barrel and an overall length of 127 cm, this precision rifle does not fit into every gun cabinet. Due to its caliber, this single-shot rifle is also not suitable for every shooting range - with approximately 15,000 joules, the bullet trap must be appropriately rated. The 3-chamber muzzle brake and the high weight of the firearm reduce recoil during firing.
