The barrel in "Light Target" contour is wrapped in Christensen Arms carbon fiber and has a round muzzle brake made of stainless steel. A RIDGELINE weighs from 2.85 kg (6.3 American pounds) depending on the configuration and comes with the Christensen Arms "Sub-Moa Guarantee." Despite the MDT XRS stock, this lightweight only weighs 4.1 kg. The craftsmanship, assembly, and its extraordinary precision make the lightweight "Ridgeline" the ideal rifle for mountain and stalking hunting! The new MDT XRS chassis is a hybrid system for all shooters who prefer a somewhat more traditional appearance. Ideal for hunting.
It was designed for those shooters who want to combine the dimensions and feel of a traditional stock with all the advantages of a modern precision rifle chassis system.
The continuous core of the XRS chassis made of CNC-machined 6061 aircraft aluminum, surrounded by ultra-robust, textured polymer panels, increases weather resistance and makes the chassis quieter.
The precision V-bedding system made of aluminum guarantees the best fit and functionality – maximizing the precision of every bolt-action system.
Another highlight of the XRS chassis is the interchangeable rubberized and textured grip panels, allowing for a choice between the normal angled grip position and a vertical grip.
The XRS chassis is the most advanced and modular crossover stock on the market and represents the ideal upgrade for any factory rifle or the optimal platform for a custom solution.
With a weight of just under 1.8 kg (depending on the inlet), the XRS is suitable for both hunting and precision shooting.
Using spacers, the stock length can be varied from 33.7 cm to 38+ cm.
The adjustable cheek rest allows for individual adjustment according to the height of the scope.
The XRS is compatible with all standard AICS magazines and has an easy-to-use ambidextrous magazine release.
The generous 12" forend features three M-LOK slots on each side for easy mounting of accessories and attachment of Arca or Picatinny rails.

COMPATIBLE ACCESSORIES
The XRS chassis is compatible with external box magazines of AICS type in .223 and .308.
