Minox X-Tour 8x26

Minox X-Tour 8x26 The X-Tour 8x26 from Minox is a powerful all-round binocular that excels whether on the namesake hike or in use during hunting. The X-Tour binoculars from Minox succeed the X-lite models, which are highly valued by hunters. All components have been optimized, especially the housing, which is made of magnesium instead of plastic, the larger field of view, and the shorter close focus limit. In this series, Minox remains true to its commitment to offer high-performance optical instruments at an affordable price. The X-Tour 8x26 is a lightweight and compact optical instrument that fits in any backpack and is versatile in use. The X-Tour 8x26 achieves its excellent imaging performance through its high-quality optics, delivering sharp, contrast-rich, and detailed images while maintaining neutral color reproduction. The close focus range is at 3 m, and the large field of view is 120 m at 1,000 m. A robust magnesium housing securely encases the sensitive optics while being very lightweight, which is an important criterion for a hunting binocular that one carries in the field at all times. Minox has always relied on a minimalist design, as seen in the X-Tour 8x26: two linear tubes connected by a narrow bridge with the focusing wheel. The reduction to a bridge facilitates one-handed operation. The instrument impresses with its ergonomically sensible proportions and feels pleasant in the hand. It is waterproof according to IPX7 class.
