SchleTek Optic Mount Sealant for Optic Mounting
For a secure adhesive fixation and mounting of the optic, which can be completely removed without residue.

While gluing the riflescope into the mounting rings with an unsuitable adhesive can lead to problems during later disassembly, such as damage to the finish and thus a loss of value of the riflescope, it is generally advisable, especially with high-recoil calibers, not to forgo a suitable adhesive to protect the optic from vibrations and to prevent "shifting" in the mounting rings.

SchleTek Optic-Mount-Sealant is the innovative solution to this challenge, as it can be completely removed without residue and without damage. Optic-Mount-Sealant is not an adhesive in the conventional sense, but a liquid rubber based on rubber and silicone, which has been specially developed for bonding between the mounting rings and the optic. The rubber vulcanizes within 24 hours, holding the optic securely in place, resistant to slipping and vibrations.

Optic-Mount-Sealant is easy to apply, economical in use, and above all, can be removed effortlessly and gently, leaving no scratches or damage.

Important: Never exceed the specified tightening torque of the mounting screws. To secure the mounting screws against loosening, you will find the perfect helper in SchleTek Screw-Lock.
