Mauser HSC

The Mauser HSc (Hahn-Selbstspanner, Model "c") is a compact semi-automatic pistol that was originally developed for police, military, and later also for the civilian market. It uses a mass locking mechanism with a fixed barrel and a recoiling slide, as is common for pistols of this caliber.

The trigger is a pure single-action mechanism, where the hammer is manually cocked before the first shot or can be cocked by pulling back the slide. The weapon features a left-side safety that blocks the trigger, as well as a magazine safety that prevents firing when the magazine is removed.
