Acquisition of firearms and shipping within the country

If you wish to purchase an item via shipping, please note that we require your complete contact details including a phone number. You will receive an email from us in which we send you an order confirmation in the form of a customer order. Please note that the order will be sent as a PDF, and please also check your spam folder. Here you will find all the necessary information such as shipping costs and bank details. When purchasing firearms, we require your acquisition authorization in the following form:
For the acquisition of handguns or for the acquisition of long guns through a firearms ownership card (WBK) with an approved pre-entry, we always need the WBK in original, as we as the transferor must enter the model and serial number.
For the acquisition of long guns by hunters, we require the hunting license or a certified copy! It is also possible to send us a scan by email, but only in connection with the telephone extension and name of the responsible contact person at your issuing authority.
Please note that we only ship with certified shipping companies that guarantee personal delivery. It is necessary for you to be able to identify yourself to the courier. Delivery usually takes place on weekdays between 8 AM and 4 PM; by arrangement, a different delivery address can also be specified. Scheduled deliveries are also possible, but they incur costs.

Acquisition of firearms and shipping to EU countries

A sale in EU states is possible, but we require a so-called movement permit from the recipient state. To check the transport costs, we need your complete address; without this, it is not possible for us to determine the shipping costs. If you wish to purchase a weapon from another EU country, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email in the form of a customer order, which includes the weapon number and bank details or the international account details. The customer order will also specify the actual transport costs incurred. These must be paid in advance along with the weapon price. You will receive this as a PDF file; please also check your spam folder. With the incoming payment of the purchase price, the goods are firmly reserved for you. If no payment is received within 10 working days, the weapon may be released for sale again. You then have no claim to fulfill your order. If you have received the EU movement permit from your competent regulatory authority, please send it to us in original; you will receive it back with the ordered weapon. We will then apply for the German export license. Depending on the workload at the authority, this can generally take 8-10 days, in individual cases even 2-3 weeks. After that, the weapon will be shipped as quickly as possible.

In general, we always need a phone number for international shipping, preferably a mobile phone or a landline number where you can be reached at any time for inquiries.

If you wish to purchase a weapon from abroad, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email in the form of a customer order, specifying the weapon number and the international bank account. This will be sent as a PDF; please check your spam folder! With immediate payment of the purchase price, the goods are firmly reserved for you. If no payment is received within 10 working days, the weapon may be released for sale again. You then have no claim to fulfill your order. Since the shipping of firearms to these countries can be difficult and expensive, we work with the company Krico and Falko (the contact details of the company will be sent to you upon request), but the buyer must commission this company for shipping and settle the costs. The company Krico and Falko will inform you of the shipping costs. After payment for the weapon, the weapon will be sent on your behalf to the company
