The BW combat boot Meindl Combat Extreme WI12 is the official successor model of all previous Meindl combat boots and will be used as standard by the Bundeswehr in the future. Developed for extreme requirements, the boot impresses with excellent durability, professional weather protection, and maximum comfort – even in alpine operations or winter marches. The full-grain, hydrophobized waterproof leather combined with the GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort membrane reliably protects against cold, moisture, and mechanical stress. Water-repellent and breathable, the Combat Extreme is suitable for a temperature range of –25 °C to +10 °C. The integrated Air Revolution® system, the Air-Active® cushioning insole, and the MFS® vacuum technology provide optimal ventilation, cushioning, and fit. Additional features such as the 2-zone lacing with DiGAfix®, a softly padded shaft, locking hooks, a fleece-coated plastic insole, and the grippy rubber profile sole with rock protection make the Combat Extreme a fully-fledged operational boot – compatible with snowshoe and crampon systems.
