The Helikon-Tex Guardian Flap is a functional front panel for the Guardian Plate Carrier that provides space for three rifle magazines. Thanks to its thoughtful design and modular attachment via buckles and Velcro, the flap can be securely and quickly attached or removed from the vest – ideal for tactical requirements with frequent setup changes. The integrated magazine pouch is divided into three separate compartments, suitable for AR, AK47, and AK74 magazines. Securing is done via elastic shock cords with non-slip pull tabs that allow for quick reloading. Additionally, the Guardian Flap features a MOLLE/PALS-compatible webbing system (6 columns, 3 rows) for expanding with additional gear. On the sides, there are rubber loops for attaching accessories, such as tourniquets or light sources. Anti-slip grips at the lower corners ensure quick handling, allowing the flap to be reliably grasped even with gloves.
