Cleaner for silencers and sooty gas pressure systems dissolves and neutralizes combustion residues automatically surfactant-containing material-friendly acid-free and odorless color change as a solvent indicator no additional tools required. In particular, non-disassemblable or carbon-made silencers are difficult to clean. Filigree lamellas and rows of holes increase the silencer performance but make cleaning more difficult. With the BALLISTOL silencer cleaner, this is visibly simple. The silencer is sealed on one side with a conical rubber plug. From the other side, the silencer is completely filled with pure cleaner. The exposure time should be 4-8 hours. With high shot counts (300-500), an extension of the exposure time is necessary. Heating the silencer and the liquid before use to about 45°C accelerates the exposure time and increases the cleaning performance. After the exposure time, pour out the cleaner and fill the silencer halfway with clear water. Now the silencer should be sealed on both sides. Then shake vigorously. After that, pour out the water and repeat this process as often as necessary until no solid particles are flushed out of the silencer. The cleaner can also be used in an ultrasonic bath. Common materials are not attacked. We recommend testing compatibility on surfaces in an inconspicuous place. WARNING Contains orange terpenes. May cause allergic reactions.
