Easy alignment and operation
Aligning the wildlife camera is incredibly simple. Thanks to the live image display on the swiveling 1.9-inch screen, you can see in real-time what the camera captures while you are mounting it. This allows you to choose the optimal position and alignment without extensive trial and error. The newly introduced “TEST button” is another useful feature. It allows you to quickly take a test photo and send it immediately to a smartphone. This way, you can check if the mobile connection works without having to access the camera's menu at all.
Improved motion detection through innovative lens
The Zeiss Secacam 3 is equipped with a new PIR Fresnel lens that enhances motion detection and makes the camera more sensitive to small or distant animals. This lens ensures more precise detection of movements, which is particularly advantageous in remote areas or when observing wildlife. The difference from the matte lens of older models is that the shiny surface transmits and focuses infrared light better, resulting in less scattering loss and thus higher detection accuracy.

With the free wildlife camera app, you can fully exploit the potential of the ZEISS Secacam 3. The app offers numerous practical features, such as direct notifications for new recordings or status changes of the camera. The camera can also be shared with other users or display the exact location of the camera on the smartphone.
