NEX-BATON batons are considered weapons in the Federal Republic of Germany according to §1 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 Buchstabe a WaffG (portable object) and are subject to the carrying ban according to §42a Abs. 1 Nr. 2 WaffG in conjunction with Annex 1 Section 1 Subsection 2 No. 1.1 (bludgeon and thrust weapon).
Carrying at events is also prohibited according to § 42 Abs. 1 WaffG. The telescopic baton must be transported in a closed container and secured against unauthorized access. This notice does not replace personal responsibility and diligence.
