The WILD series represents the next generation of Cyclops thermal imaging devices. The WILD series will not only replace the popular Cyclops series but also surpass it in many aspects. The complete design has been revised and refined, all while considering customer wishes and suggestions. It features the latest sensor technology with a system performance (NETD) of ≤ 18 mK and an image algorithm tuned to the latest methods, resulting in a very sharp and high-contrast image. Additionally, a laser rangefinder (LRF) has been integrated, allowing for precise measurements of up to 1,000 m. In conjunction with the already integrated AI distance measurement, the LRF-Boost technology enables more accurate distance measurements of multiple targets than with AI measurement alone. Focusing is achieved through an innovative principle with the focus wheel placed at the top, which can be adjusted very precisely and sensitively with a finger. Furthermore, the new WILD series features a battery replacement system that operates with the popular 18650 battery. Thanks to the second battery included in the package, a runtime of up to 16 hours is generated. The hotspot connection allows the user to control and display in the app (via Wi-Fi connection of the thermal imaging device with a smartphone or tablet).
