The Glock 17 Gen5 MOS FS FXD impresses with high-quality workmanship, reliability, and precision. The slide is prepared for the attachment of adapter plates for mini red dot sights, MOS (Modular Optic System). An adapter plate is included in the delivery. The front serrations (FS) facilitate cycling when it matters. In addition, the Glock 17 Gen 5 is equipped with a fixed rear sight (FXD). The pistol features a deep black finish (nDLC). This is exclusive and makes it significantly more resistant to corrosion and scratches compared to previous generations, ensuring reliable protection even under adverse conditions. Furthermore, the pistol is equipped with a new grip that does not use ergonomically shaped finger grooves. This not only visually matches the surface of the weapon better but also makes handling more pleasant for the shooter due to the textured structure—no longer requiring adaptation to a specific, predefined finger width. New features of the Glock 17 Gen5 MOS FS FXD include the ambidextrous slide stop lever, the modified barrel (Glock Marksman Barrel) that ensures better precision, and the improved sighting system, which allows for a larger gap between the rear and front sights. The front serrations (FS) allow for a firm and secure grip when cycling. Additionally, the magazine well has been revised, and an orange cartridge follower has been implemented. This ensures that the shooter can clearly see the empty magazine even in poor lighting conditions.
