By default, a manual fiber optic illuminated dot is installed in our riflescope Nighteagle V6 2.5-15×50.
New Features
What is new about the latest generation of riflescopes?
At first glance, three changes are immediately noticeable:
1. The magnification adjustment ring has been noticeably changed and now offers more grip due to its coarser structure.
2. The reticle 4 has become significantly finer and creates more space in the center.
3. The reticle adjustment is made of metal, is clearly defined, and features Doubleturn and zero stop.
Light transmission with top values
The fully coated optics, which allows no reflections, provides a brilliant image with outstanding edge sharpness. Due to the minimal amount of stray light, even backlight is not disturbing. The light transmission has peak values of 94.7% (day) and 93% (night), allowing for safe targeting until the last light of day.
Finely dimmable illuminated dot
Thanks to fiber optic technology, the illuminated dot not only becomes darker with strong dimming but also finer. The illuminated dot is continuously dimmable from backlight suitability to night vision device mode.
New reticle 4 for minimal target coverage
When looking through the new Generation III of the "Nighthawk HDX" riflescopes, the viewer immediately recognizes the practical design:
The crosshair in reticle 4N is much finer, and the originally somewhat thicker outer bars are now only half as thick and stand significantly further apart. A great advantage, especially for the hunter in poor light conditions, as the target is only minimally covered, thus optimally supporting a quick and secure shot.
The illuminated reticle 4N is located in the ocular image plane (2nd image plane) and remains the same size during magnification changes. No tools are required for adjusting the reticle. The riflescope features a tactical 0.1 MRAD adjustment, meaning that per click, the reticle adjusts by 0.1 MRAD, or 1 cm at 100 m. This means simple application in the decimal system for users in Europe. The click adjustment works absolutely repeatably and can be reset to zero after zeroing (in case multiple loads are used).
Total adjustment range:
27.5 MRAD – 275 clicks – 2.75 m
Adjustment per click at 100 m: 1 cm
Adjustment per click at 200 m: 2 cm
Adjustment per click at 300 m: 3 cm
Adjustment per click at 600 m: 6 cm
The side-mounted, continuously adjustable parallax compensation (20 yards to infinity) protects against angled views and also ensures a sharp and fatigue-free image at all magnification settings.
