This makes the knife more stable, and the risk of the blade breaking is minimal.The BladeNieto uses high-quality stainless AN-58 steel for the 105 mm long blade, which is hardened to 58-60 HRC. This is a low-alloy steel with a carbon content of about 0.5%. Blades produced from this material bend under heavy use but do not break. A chromium content of around 13% ensures corrosion resistance.The HandleThe ergonomic handle pieces are made from beautifully grained light olive wood, which feels pleasant in the hand. At the bottom end, there is an indentation for the index finger that ensures a secure grip.
