The WILD series represents the next generation of Cyclops thermal imaging devices. The WILD series will not only replace the popular Cyclops series but also surpass it in many aspects. The complete design has been revised and refined, all while considering customer wishes and suggestions. It features the latest sensor technology with a system performance (NETD) of ≤ 18 mK and a newly tuned image algorithm, resulting in very sharp and high-contrast images. Focusing is achieved through an innovative principle with the focus wheel placed at the top, which can be adjusted very precisely and sensitively with a finger. Additionally, the new WILD series has a battery replacement system that operates with the popular 18650 battery. Thanks to the second battery included in the package, a runtime of up to 20 hours is generated.
The hotspot connection allows the user to control and display in the app (via Wi-Fi connection of the thermal imaging device with a smartphone or tablet). This way, you have the option to share the live image or images/videos captured by the device with other users or friends in real-time.

The new WILD series features a new highly sensitive sensor, a newly tuned image algorithm, and adapted electronic nodes, achieving a system performance (NETD) of ≤ 18 mK. This includes higher thermal sensitivity and more strongly contrasted object images, ensuring better detail and image representation even in higher humidity, fog, or rain. With a low NETD value, the smallest temperature differences are resolved. This is particularly helpful when the temperature differences between wildlife and the environment are significantly smaller or to maintain image quality stability in higher humidity.

The new WILD series also features the acclaimed and popular joystick control. Additionally, a finger focus wheel has been integrated, allowing for very precise focusing adjustments. You now have the ability to operate the device completely with one hand. Thanks to the included hand strap, the device sits very securely in your hand, whether you are right or left-handed. It not only feels secure but also very comfortable in hand. The new rubber coating not only looks very high-quality but also protects the device from various weather conditions.

Regarding battery life, the new WILD series features a replaceable battery system that fully adapts to the needs of its users. The popular 18650 battery is used, which you can charge or replace quickly and easily at any time. The package includes two 18650 batteries and a charger, allowing the new Wild series to achieve a runtime of up to 20 hours in continuous operation.

New! AMOLED display with 1024x768px
The AMOLED microdisplays are high-resolution, miniaturized displays with typical pixel densities > 1200 dpi. The high pixel density is not perceivable to the naked eye, so a magnifying optic is always necessary. Unlike modulating LCD or LCOS technologies, OLED microdisplays are self-illuminating, with contrast ratios of more than 10,000:1, and operate reliably even at extremely low temperatures (-30 °C).

Extensive image settings
To better meet the different requirements of users for the visual experience, the new WILD series offers sensor brightness, contrast, sharpness, and anti-image noise in 10 levels each, display brightness in 5 levels, and three display backlight colors (Gray, Blue, and Purple). Six color palettes - each color palette that you do not need can be disabled in the quick menu. The user can have 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 color palettes in the quick menu and is thus not forced to scroll through all the color palettes that are not needed! Furthermore, the device has two different modes, the object and background mode. Additionally, the Pro series offers an ice mode, which helps stabilize the image during minor movements.
