8. Payment

The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include the statutory value-added tax.
8.2 Due Date and Default of Payment
The price is due upon conclusion of the contract unless a later date arises from the following payment conditions. 9. Right of Withdrawal

The product remains our property until full payment has been made. Limitations for Entrepreneurs
For entrepreneurs, only our own specifications and the product descriptions of the manufacturer that have been incorporated into the contract apply as an agreement on the quality of the goods; we accept no liability for public statements made by the manufacturer or other advertising claims. For entrepreneurs, the limitation period for warranty claims for newly manufactured goods is one year from the transfer of risk. 15. Dispute Resolution

16. Youth Protection
If your order includes products that are subject to age restrictions, we ensure through the use of a reliable procedure involving personal identity and age verification that the purchaser has reached the required minimum age.
