Leica Calonox View

The Leica thermal imaging camera Calonox View has been developed as a pure observation device. The difference from conventional digital cameras is that thermal imaging cameras record infrared radiation, which is not visible to the human eye, as a thermal image. With a 2.5x optical base magnification, a large field of view is achieved, which is particularly suitable for observations in the immediate vicinity. The digital zoom of up to 10x magnification combined with an LCOS display with 1280 x 960 pixels and Leica's own image processing (Leica Image Optimization - LIO™) ensures that no detail is hidden even at great distances.
