The system parts of the Steel Action HS are made of heat-treated steel. An elaborate nitrocarburizing process achieves an extremely high wear and corrosion resistance. The Picatinny rail, milled into the system along with the barrel mount under tension, guarantees perfect alignment between the barrel and the mount. The precisely, firmly screwed barrel has a standard M15x1 thread. The bolt can be removed without tools and disassembled into large parts, which significantly facilitates maintenance, inspection, and care.
