The modular clamp adapter from Rusan allows thermal imaging and night vision attachment devices to be connected to a daytime optic. The adapter is available in different diameters, so that almost any optic can be connected to the device's lens. The Rusan MAR (Modular Adapter Repeatability) features a novel two-part locking system. The main adapter can remain permanently on the lens. There is a device-specific connector for the attachment device. The two components are connected using a bayonet lock in seconds. This construction achieves a very high repeatability with high precision. Additionally, this precise locking system allows the same thermal imaging attachment device to be used on multiple optics.

The adapter itself is made from high-strength aluminum, and all moving parts are made from hardened steel. The inner surface of the adapter is coated with a special coating that protects your optic and provides the necessary grip.
