Description

The repeating rifle Tactical Evo US: a modern, technically advanced, and appealing rifle in every situation. The Tactical EVO US is not just a restyling of the Tactical Synthetic, but a completely revised repeating rifle. It is the result of years of studies and hard work to develop the perfect weapon for all challenging applications where durability over time and precision are a must. The stock of the Tactical EVO US, designed for dynamic shooting competitions, is made from a lighter polymer than that of the Tactical EVO. Additionally, it features 4 QD steel inserts for easy transport with a sling. The Tactical EVO US is a high-tech rifle that offers all this and more by combining proven and advanced components, such as the MRR barrels, with completely new features. The locking system has been completely newly developed with locking bolts. It comes with three robust lugs and a quick 60-degree opening angle. The handle of the bolt handle is interchangeable and can be customized according to all preferences thanks to a 5/16" thread. All contact surfaces are highly polished to minimize friction during movement and significantly reduce noise compared to what is typical in the market. The safety used locks both the trigger and the sear. It is a very safe system, as the locking of the sear is designed to be particularly robust. And when the sear is locked, the firing pin is essentially locked as well. Theoretically, a safety that directly locks the firing pin is safer, but due to the small size of the components, these parts are often less durable. The rifle features a newly developed extractor made of 17-4PH steel. The chamber is specially supported to prevent failures even under extremely high pressure. But what truly sets the Tactical EVO US apart from all other repeating rifles on the market is the way the system is mounted on the stock - the system floats above the stock through two supports that eliminate tension and improve precision. The Tactical EVO comes with a tapered barrel that transitions from 28 to 22 mm in diameter. The barrel features an improved geometry of the multi-radial barrel, which further enhances shooting performance and accuracy compared to the very strong results that the first MRR system has already achieved. The muzzle is equipped with a 5/8"x24 thread with a blind cap to quickly and easily mount compensators or muzzle brakes. The nylon and fiberglass stock has been further modified. The outer surface is coated to improve aesthetics, grip, and abrasion resistance. The model also features an adjustable butt pad and cheek piece, making it highly customizable to the shooter. With the practical Picatinny rails, optics can be changed quickly and easily, or a bipod can be attached or removed. The advantages of the muzzle brake speak for themselves: - significantly reduced recoil - reduced muzzle flash - minimized rise - increased shooting precision - faster rate of fire - no dust swirling when shooting prone - significantly reduced muzzle flash in the scope at dusk/night - optical enhancement The multi-radial barrel profile (MRR) When comparing a traditional barrel with a polygonal and the multi-radial one, the latter is ideal for both traditional and full metal jacket bullets. In multi-radial barrels, two different radii alternate, giving the bullet geometrically positive support without overstressing it. In fact, the bullets are pressure-formed to follow the circumference and are not cut as in traditional barrels, which extends the barrel's lifespan. Furthermore, there are no sharp corners like in other barrel systems where residues can accumulate, keeping the barrel cleaner and reducing wear. All tests conducted show: Multi-radial barrels shoot better and more accurately with conventional lead bullets and with full metal jacket bullets in calibers 7.62 mm (.308) and 6.5 mm (.264) than traditionally shaped ones. At standard pressure values, the exit velocity is higher than that of the conventional barrel - under certain circumstances by up to 12%. The bullet seals the bore better, preventing gas from escaping forward, optimizing the effect of the driving energy. Additionally, friction between the bullet and barrel is minimized. The spatial arrangement has further improved due to the extremely tight production tolerances that must be adhered to when manufacturing multi-radial barrels. The multi-radial barrel is ideally suited for the cold forging process. The consistency of the produced barrel profile is excellent, and the overall quality of the barrels has improved. The special barrel geometry at the barrel's entry in multi-radial barrels allows for a more precise and continuous guidance of the bullet through the chamber neck and bullet bore than is the case with conventional barrel systems - the bullet meets the barrel's rifling in the best way, reducing flight wear. Under the same conditions, less copper deposition occurs inside the multi-radial barrel, resulting in less cleaning being required. And when cleaning is necessary, it is easier than with conventional barrels. The user can further enhance the performance of the multi-radial barrel simply by applying abrasive paste, without having to worry about ruining the barrel, as can be the case with traditional profiles.
