The SP5 is the semi-automatic civilian version of the legendary MP5 in 9 mm x 19 caliber. Although the development of the original MP5 dates back to the 1960s, the MP5 in the form of the SP5 remains a timeless and sought-after classic. The interfaces of the SP5 are 100% identical to the MP5. This opens up universal application possibilities.

The special feature of the SP5 is its movable roller lock. This elaborate locking principle is unique. It ensures a soft recoil and thus provides a level of precision that is unmatched by any other weapon in this category. This is partly the reason why the MP5, the official version of the SP5, is a staple in nearly all Western military and police units. Over decades, the weapon has proven to be extremely robust.

Available only for hunters - The SP5 is not approved for sport shooting.

This variant has the advantage of not having such an ultra-short barrel as the SP5 PDW and features a 3-LUG connection for attaching a suppressor or MFD. The barrel length is 225 mm (8.9 inches). This delivers enough energy on target, and the precision is superb.
