The ST18 repeating rifle from Mercury Sport was designed as a compact tactical repeater with a multi-radial barrel (MRR). The locking is done via three locking lugs. The housing is made of 55 aluminum, as is the trigger guard. The fully adjustable buttstock is made of a special high-strength plastic. This has been additionally reinforced with metallic powder for extra stability. The aluminum handguard is also particularly useful. It features KeyMod slots and allows for versatile mounting options.
