The NB22 Classic: exclusive repeating rifle for demanding shooters Noble wooden stock and craftsmanship The repeating rifle model NB22 Classic from Forest Favorit is exclusively available at Frankonia and impresses with a noble walnut stock (stock wood class 1). Lightweight and compact design Original 98 systems are handcrafted and assembled into modern repeating rifles. The model NB22 Classic is characterized by an exceptionally smooth trigger pull. Reliable functionality In versions in the calibers 8x57 IS and .308 Win., short systems are used, making the finished rifles not only shorter but also lighter compared to the standard system. Additionally, the weapon features a trigger with a steel housing from Recknagel, which ensures flawless function due to its durable and reliable construction. An extended chamber handle with a large, removable ball also allows for quick and reliable cycling. Furthermore, a fixed box magazine provides a capacity for 5 cartridges. Safety features and adaptability The side 3-position safety from Recknagel fulfills an additional protective function and is excellently suited for the use of very low scope mounts due to its positioning. For this purpose, the rifle is already equipped with a Picatinny rail. Versatile options with the i-Sight system Equipped with the i-Sight system from Merkel, the shooter is offered numerous options in combination with a muzzle thread M15x1. Thus, the simultaneous use of a suppressor or a muzzle brake together with rear and front sights is just as possible as attaching a muzzle sling swivel. Specially for placement, there are drill holes in the front area of the 52 cm long barrel made of special steel from Lothar Walther, which serve the uncomplicated repositioning of the i-Sight front sight.
