The OTP pants are the further development of the classic UTP version and were specifically designed for outdoor use. It combines all the functions of its predecessor and optimizes them for use in the field. The fabric is designed to be very lightweight, elastic, and breathable, effectively protecting the wearer from light rain and cooler temperatures with its quick-drying properties. The waistband is closed with a Velcro fastener, allowing for a certain degree of adjustability within the size. The large belt loops accommodate belts up to 50 mm wide, such as the Helikon EDC, UTL, or Cobra belts. Additionally, the jeans-like cut of the pants prevents them from slipping down. In the knee area, Helikon-Tex neoprene protective pads can be inserted into the integrated pockets, providing excellent protection at a low profile. All pocket edges have been reinforced to protect against belt clips from lamps or knives and ensure a load distribution close to the body's center. Two front pockets with Velcro offer enough space for a smartphone or a spare magazine (AR/AK).
