Installation instructions (short version):

- Unload and secure the firearm!

- Slide the new buffer onto the guide rod (the beveled side usually faces the slide – see pictures).
- Reassemble the firearm.
- Conduct a function check.

Maintenance note:

The plastic buffer is a wear part. Check it regularly for cracks, deformations, or excessive wear. Depending on shooting load and type of ammunition, the buffer should be replaced after approximately 500-2000 shots. A heavily worn buffer loses its damping effect and can cause damage to the firearm.
