Description

Sword William Wallace Braveheart with blade made of 440 hardened stainless steel and suede cover.

Reproduction of the William Wallace sword from Braveheart. In Scottish history, William Wallace is a national hero who was banished by the English. He did not accept the submission treaty signed by the Scottish nobles with England in 1227, Wallace captured various English fortresses and dealt a heavy defeat to the English troops in September 1297 and was elected regent.

The two-handed broad sword, also known as Claymore, has been a typical weapon of the Highland warriors since the late Middle Ages and was considered a crude, albeit effective tool, much like those who wielded it.
