Minox X-Universal 10x50

The X-Universal 10x50 from Minox is a binocular for all applications – with its large 50-mm objective, it performs well even in difficult lighting conditions.Top optics at affordable prices – this concept is also followed by Minox in the X-Universal series, the successors to the popular and proven X-active series among hunters. And in this series, the version with the large 50-mm objective must not be missing. This allows for clear images even in challenging light conditions. The 10x magnification makes the X-Universal 10x50 ideal for hunting in open fields.

The Optics
The X-Universal 10x50 achieves its excellent imaging performance through high-quality ED lenses, which effectively compensate for chromatic aberration and deliver sharp and detailed images without color fringes all the way to the edge of the field of view. The close focus range is at 2 m, and its field of view is 115 m at 1,000 m.

The Housing
A robust magnesium housing securely encompasses the sensitive optics while being very lightweight, which is an important criterion for a hunting binocular that one carries with them in the field. Minox has always relied on a minimalist design, as seen in the X-Universal 10x50: two linear tubes connected by a narrow bridge with the focusing wheel. The instrument impresses with its ergonomically sensible proportions and feels pleasant in the hand. The binoculars are waterproof according to IPX7 class.
