This Geovid series has been completely revised compared to its predecessor models and is technically state-of-the-art. The Geovid R 8x56 features a precise laser rangefinder with an extended measuring range of up to 1,800 m. The ballistic function EHR, which outputs the horizontal equivalent distance for angled shots at distances of up to 1,100 m, contributes to the possibility of a fair shot.

With the Geovid R, Leica has focused on the essentials: powerful premium optics, a precise rangefinder, and the highest optomechanical reliability with simple, intuitive operation. The excellent field of view of 118 m at 1,000 m speaks for itself.
