The Bockflinte Cynergy Composite impresses with a revolutionary weapon technology in the long tradition of shotgun manufacturing at Browning.
The trigger system, locking mechanism, ejector, and design have been newly developed or optimized. The Cynergy Composite Black sports shotgun features an extremely short ignition delay and an exceptionally flat receiver. Special attention has been paid to a modern stock design with distinctive and fine lines. The black composite stock made of durable composite material impresses with an innovative stock damping system that reduces recoil twice as effectively as conventional recoil pads.
Receiver and Locking MechanismThe receiver of the Browning Cynergy Black is machined from forged steel. The slim design of the system ensures that the recoil of the shotgun is transmitted more directly into the shoulder, resulting in significantly less muzzle rise. The brushed steel receiver follows the lines of the stock and emphasizes the minimalist design of the Browning Cynergy Composite Black in its simplicity. The mechanics of the locking mechanism are top-notch and absolutely reliable: The shotgun locks using a mono-lock hinge. This system combines hinge and locking mechanisms. The high-quality hinge pin also guarantees a long service life.
StockThe composite forend tapers in width and height towards the front. The stock shape and the checkering on the composite stock ensure a secure grip and very good control. The innovative stock damping system significantly reduces recoil, so that even during rapid fire, the shoulder does not become fatigued. The curved butt pad is easily replaceable. The package includes a spacer, allowing the stock length to be adjusted by 32 mm. The stock has been equipped with a slight rise in the shape of a triangle, ensuring that the eye is optimally aligned with the sight line. In addition to the checkering, the stock features lightly machined lines that highlight the sporty design of the shotgun. Despite its light overall weight, the Browning Cynergy Black is very well balanced and has perfect swing characteristics, which are essential in sporting use at the shooting range.
TriggerThe newly developed trigger system results in low trigger resistance. The tension rods apply spring force to the trigger, which reduces the resistance that needs to be overcome. The locks release at a trigger weight of approximately 2250 g for the lower barrel and 2550 g for the upper barrel. Furthermore, the new design significantly reduces the ignition speed between the first and second shots. The trigger blade is adjustable in length and can be swapped for a wider or textured trigger blade. Depending on hand shape, a different force can be applied to the trigger by resetting it, which subjectively leads to a reduction in trigger weight.
Barrel SetThe barrel sets of the Browning Cynergy Composite Black are manufactured with lengths of 71 cm or 76 cm. The barrel is equipped with a conically tapered 11-8 mm wide rib that carries a front bead. The rib and barrel set are ventilated, ensuring optimal heat dissipation even during rapid fire and preventing mirage over the barrel. The barrel and chamber are hard chrome-plated on the inside, providing optimal rust protection. A special highlight is the back-bored barrel technology. The shotgun barrel slightly tapers from back to front, resulting in a smoother transition at the choke. This measurably increases shot speed, significantly reduces recoil, and greatly improves coverage. The 4 interchangeable Invector-Plus™ choke inserts can be easily swapped depending on hunting or sporting situations.
