The reissue of this precise, handy, and easy-to-handle T-Bolt in the left-handed version surprises with some new features while maintaining familiar values. The current Sporter Composite Threaded relies on a straight-pull bolt to load each cartridge from the new rotating 10-shot Double Helix magazine.StockThe robust, black stock made of high-strength composite material ensures rigidity at a low weight. Additionally, it houses a second magazine. The pistol grip feels comfortable in the hand and is ergonomically aligned for the trigger. Optimal grip is ensured by grip surfaces on the pistol grip and forend. The stock is completed by the synthetic butt plate and the pre-installed sling swivel studs.Action and Trigger.The receiver is machined from hardened steel and features a classic crossbolt locking mechanism. Furthermore, it is equipped with the necessary holes and threads to allow for a scope mount. The chamber handle has been slightly moved forward compared to the original to facilitate the cycling process. The lightly gold-colored trigger has been designed as a direct trigger with a dry stand and, in combination with a short-stroke firing pin, provides crisp breaks, fast locking times, no follow-up, and minimal overtravel. The trigger weight is still externally adjustable.Safety and BarrelThe safety lever is located on the stock and can be easily operated with the thumb. The two positions can be engaged without changing the shooting grip, thus ensuring maximum safety. The blued barrel of the T-Bolt is 420 mm long and features a muzzle thread of M14x1, allowing for the attachment of additional components.
