Four relief grooves on the bullet body increase self-precision, reduce the friction surface, and thus the deposits in the barrel. A hollow point in the TSX or a concealed hollow point in the TTSX bullets with polymer tip ensures an immediate uniform four-petal expansion of the bullet upon impact with the game body to about 1.8 times the caliber diameter, controlled energy release, and very good momentary effect. The bullet does not fragment and causes very little hematoma formation, resulting in minimal game meat degradation and thus less work when butchering the game.
