The m96 model is a variant of the original rifle model 1896, which has been produced for the Swedish armed forces since 1896. The weapon is matching numbers and includes the original sling. O.G. stands for Olaf Darling Gibson (01.05.1898 - 31.03.1902). The weapon was proofed in 1980 in Ulm.
