The G&G TR16 308 M-LOK S-AEG airsoft rifle with magazine-empty detection in caliber 6 mm BB with E.T.U. (Electronic Trigger Unit) belongs to the GC series and is part of the G&G Armament advanced series. However, there are significant differences compared to entry-level models from other manufacturers, as the TR16 G2H clearly belongs to the upper league and can easily compete with other renowned brands that also use an EFCS, ASCU, or comparable trigger system. This model is delivered from the factory with the G2H cylinder head (double O-ring), G2H nozzle (double O-ring), and spring quick-change system. The weapon housing, also known as the body or lower receiver and upper receiver of this airsoft gun, is made of aluminum and is extremely stable. G&G processes exceptionally high-quality materials with a very pleasant and realistic feel. Once in hand, you won't want to put it down. The handguard with Keymod made of aluminum is CNC machined and perfectly fitted to the body. It features 17 mounting positions and is so secure that nothing wobbles, creaks, or rattles. Here, G&G has recognized the advantages of the Keymod system and improved it compared to other manufacturers. Since G&G only uses high-quality aluminum, a thicker material thickness can be avoided. Due to the precise processing of the material, all common Keymod attachments available on the market fit the handguard. On the aluminum handguard and the body, there is a Picatinny rail according to MIL-STD-1913 or STANAG 2324 (NATO) on which all types of sights, whether scopes or red dot sights, can be mounted. From the factory, G&G has installed a horizontally and vertically adjustable aperture sight as well as a height-adjustable front sight. Both the rear and front sights are made of aluminum and are designed as "flip-up." The outer barrel that G&G installs from the factory is made of aluminum with the same precision as the handguard and features a 14 mm left-hand thread for mounting a suppressor replica or a tracer unit for urban combat. G&G has also put a lot of thought into achieving a realistic appearance and has not hesitated to install a simulated gas block system on the outer barrel. The fire selector lever is located on both the left and right sides and clicks perfectly into place at the various settings. The slightly curved trigger guard allows for easy trigger operation even with gloves. The pistol grip is ergonomically shaped. The sling swivel above the grip has a mount for carrying straps on the left side. The magazine release for ejecting an empty magazine can be operated from both sides of the weapon. To access the adjustable hop-up in the ejection port, you pull the charging handle back. The T-shaped charging handle on this model features ambidextrous locking notches that are synchronized. Whether you pull from the left, right, or both sides, the charging handle is easy to operate. The TR16 is delivered with a G2H low-cap magazine. The magazine holds about 40 BBs and is loaded by turning the winding wheel. The stock of the rifle accommodates an 11.1 Volt Lipo triple-stick battery, which can also be used with more than 25C; about 8 years ago, this was limited to a maximum of 15C. However, G&G has long since improved this. The battery is very easy to store in the stock. To do this, the rubber cover is unlocked and turned. At the bottom of the stock, there is a compartment for holding, for example, two CR123 batteries. This compartment can be opened via a locking button. The stock can be adjusted in 5 positions and can be locked in each position. At the top end of the stock, there is a hole on both sides for mounting quick-release sling mounts. The installed E.T.U (Electronic Trigger Unit) ensures a quick response and an extremely high rate of fire. In our extensive tests, it was not possible to jam the model (when using an 11.1 Volt triple-stick Lipo battery), no matter how quickly the trigger was pulled in succession (however, a clean shot cycle is a prerequisite). To prevent issues with triggering, we recommend installing a Gate TITAN™. Thanks to the micro switch installed on the switch unit, which controls the E.T.U, there is also a clean "pressure point," allowing you to precisely gauge when the shot breaks. The gearbox installed by G&G is a G2H G&G metal gearbox with 8 mm ball bearings. The inner barrel of the G&G TR16 MBR 308 M-LOK is approximately 400mm long. With an adjustable hop-up chamber, the range and precision of the assault rifle in its class are exceptional. We recommend using high-quality G&G BBs starting from 0.25g. A battery is not included in the delivery. A charger is not included in the delivery.
