The M9 A1 is the "tactical" version of the weapon introduced to the US Army in 1985 as the M9 and comes as a high-quality airsoft replica made of full metal with an under-barrel rail for attaching dummies or other accessories. An outer barrel made of matte black metal also features an internal thread, which allows for the attachment of various silencers with the appropriate adapter. The front sight of the fixed sighting system has a white contrast point for quick target acquisition. As is customary with WE, this model's pistol frame is of course made of metal and features functional controls such as the slide catch lever, hammer, thumb safety, and the lever for disassembling the weapon. Rubberized grip panels ensure a secure handling of the weapon and feature a very nicely integrated emblem. A 26-round, double-stack magazine made entirely of metal is another highlight. Additionally, KJW M9 magazines are compatible with this weapon. This makes it possible to switch to another magazine if the original magazine is currently unavailable.
