The Magpul RSA QD (Rail Sling Attachment QD) adapter provides a QD swivel attachment point for your sling. The adapter is simply attached to a 1913 Picatinny rail (e.g., on the top of the handguard). The RSA QD is designed to be very flat to prevent snagging on equipment.
