The simply constructed mechanism of the pocket knife operates without any locking or spring and features a freely swinging blade made of N690 steel. The protruding blade spur in the closed position not only allows for easy opening of the blade but also provides a similar level of operational safety as a locking knife when the thumb is placed on it during use. Bastinelli transfers this centuries-old principle to a modern pocket knife that fully meets the demands of a modern tool for everyday use. The blade is made from the proven Böhler N690. The leather sheath made of antique leather is included in the delivery.
