The six-part Böker all-purpose sports knife with horn scales has been handcrafted in the Solingen manufactory since 1869. The long-standing production speaks for itself. Even when closed, three typical elements of the practical model can already be recognized: The polished nickel silver bolsters at the front and back, the loop for attaching a carabiner hook for chains or straps, and the tapering of the handle back at the front, i.e., in the area of the main blade pivot. The resulting gentle half-groove forms a perfect and comfortable resting place for the thumb when holding the knife for cutting. The traditional design is completely pocket-friendly and offers clear practical advantages. To deploy the tools, you always need two hands; the blades are not lockable. Instead, the classic supporting springs keep the knife open.
