The Umarex maintenance capsules are filled with 0.5g of a special oil in addition to the CO₂ gas, which cleans and lubricates the valve when fired, while simultaneously providing a film of oil to all moving parts of the mechanism to extend the lifespan of the valve unit and maintain it. When used regularly, the maintenance capsule ensures consistent precision and function of the weapon. We recommend using the maintenance capsules before long-term storage of the weapon or, according to our rule of thumb, to continue shooting with a maintenance capsule every 500 shots.

Gases may escape, do not use in closed rooms if possible.
