The Morgenstern is particularly effective against armored opponents, as the force of the balls can penetrate through armor. This makes it a feared weapon in close combat. The Morgenstern was used in the Middle Ages by various warriors, including knights and foot soldiers. It was popular both on the battlefield and in tournaments.
