The BCM® PNT™ trigger and hammer are designed to exceed Mil-Spec standards without compromising the reliability of the USGI TDP (Technical Data Package). Each PNT trigger and hammer is heat-treated and hardened in a three-stage process to ensure optimal grain structure alignment and surpasses commercial "equivalents" in both durability and performance. To create perfect alignment and a smooth trigger pull, the holes of the BCM PNT trigger and hammer are perfectly ground, and the impact-resistant trigger and hammer pins are ground off-center to achieve a fine surface with superior tolerances.
