Mauser M18 Standard Forest Green Left

The Mauser 18 Standard – here in the left-handed version – is a straightforward bolt-action rifle offered at an excellent price-performance ratio.The Mauser 18 Standard – here in forest green and in the version for left-handed shooters – is a universally applicable hunting rifle. The synthetic stock, full steel construction, and cold-hammered barrel make the rifle extremely robust.

The Stock
The Mauser 18 Standard has a one-piece polymer stock – here in green. Polymer is an extremely durable plastic. The steep pistol grip is ergonomically designed to keep the shooting hand relaxed at all times. It and the forend feature tactile soft grip inlays in black, which ensure a secure grip even in wet weather and with gloves. A special feature is the storage space in the buttstock. It is closed with the butt cap, which can be removed without tools.

The System
The system of the Mauser 18 Standard ensures smooth cycling. The three-lug locking mechanism provides secure handling, as does the silently operable three-position trigger safety. The direct trigger, which stands dry, is infinitely adjustable between 1,000 g and 2,000 g trigger weight. The removable double-row magazine has a capacity of 5 cartridges.

The Barrel
The barrel of the Mauser M 18 Standard is made of cold-forged steel and is corrosion-resistant with a black finish. The muzzle diameter of the barrel is 17 mm, it has an M15x1 muzzle thread, and its length is 51 cm for this standard caliber version.
