The bolt closes lightning fast and smoothly, locking securely twice at 125 degrees (a total of 250 degrees) with 66 mm² contact area in the locking socket, thanks to the new “MAUSER-Spread-Lock-250” (bolt with two support lugs). Maximum safety is combined with top repeater performance. For comparison: The MAUSER 98 system, known as an untouchable synonym for absolute safety, already covers 59 mm².

The new MAUSER 25 consistently puts its functions in the foreground and is the straight-pull repeater rifle for those who prefer an unconditionally reliable tool over a status symbol.
