For this, the brush only needs to be brushed over the rust. In the second step, the sandpaper comes into play. The set contains a total of 20 sheets of sandpaper, which can be used both dry and as wet sandpaper. Each grit includes 4 sheets in the grits 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000, and 7000. The grits 1000 - 3000 are needed for advanced rust formation and satin-finished blades to reduce existing rust and straighten rust spots. The grits 5000 and 7000 are needed to remove light rust spots or to eliminate traces from the coarser grits. After wet sanding with the 7000 grit, it is sufficient to treat the blade with Uchiko or metal polish to achieve an acceptable finish.
