The Game over-and-under shotgun stands out in the new B825 series from Browning due to its elegance – but not only that.The legendary B25 celebrates its 100th anniversary, and the construction principle of this over-and-under shotgun by John Moses Browning has proven itself over the past hundred years. Browning now continues the success story with the new B825 series. A century of experience and the latest technical developments come together in this shotgun. This is evident not least in the significant improvements achieved compared to the 725 predecessor model. The Game version is characterized by its noble elegance, which also defines the smallest elements.

The Stock
The dimensions of the 375 mm long stock made of high-quality walnut ensure an optimal view over the rib and a quick target acquisition. Its surface is finished with a matte oil finish. The pistol grip has an ergonomically perfect shape, allowing the shooting hand to remain relaxed at all times. The grip surfaces there and on the forend are equipped with a pleasantly tactile fish skin texture. In the Game version, stock weights for the Pro Balance system can be optionally purchased, allowing you to individually balance the B825.

Action and Locking Mechanism
Like all shotguns from Browning, the steel action of the B825 Game features a continuous hinge and conical locking lugs. This guarantees reliability and safety. The action is kept low and has a clear line design, which facilitates recoil control and minimizes barrel rise. Its surface is coated with a silver nitrate finish. This is highly wear-resistant and effectively protects against corrosion, contributing to the longevity of the shotgun. In the Game version, the surface of the action, as well as the trigger guard and forend release lever, is engraved with hunting motifs. Hammer ejectors ensure prompt ejection of the shells, and unfired cartridges are lifted for easy removal. The safety button also serves as the selector, making handling easier. The B825 is equipped with a mechanical Fire Lite 2 trigger system for optimal second shot performance. The dry, short, and quick release ensures high accuracy. The B825 Game is designed for the caliber 12/76.

The Barrels
The B825 features Back Bored Vector Pro barrels with an enlarged bore diameter and an extended transition cone. This construction principle increases the speed of the shot strings and ensures better penetration. The 6 mm wide ventilated rib avoids optical distortions caused by heat mirage. The proven Invector DS Pro Extended chokes are used. These press against the barrel walls, thus protecting the threads and are easily replaceable even after heavy use. To optimize ballistics, they extend beyond the barrels. You can choose between barrel lengths of 71 cm, 76 cm, and 81 cm for the B825 Game.
