With the new 457 series, the manufacturer has improved upon the predecessor 455. This model features a robust polymer stock with a pleasant soft-touch surface and has a simple, modern design. One of the special features of the 457 series is the cylinder lock, which has a significantly smaller opening angle of 60° compared to other models with approximately 90°. This allows for the mounting of, for example, larger optics on the existing 11mm prism rail. The firing pin has also been diligently optimized and is now about 62% lighter. For even more safety, there is a sliding safety that brings forth a signal pin at the lock, clearly indicating the cocking status. The model has a free-floating, cold-hammered barrel for increased precision, and the trigger can be individually adjusted with a range of 800g.
