RWS Quick Sleeve Silencer Cover for Hausken JD224 by Niggeloh - Black / Ø 50 mm / 225 mm - This Quick Sleeve from RWS not only has a protective function but is much more a performance enhancer for the silencer. The clever design dissipates the heat generated by rapid fire sideways, preventing the typical heat shimmer above the silencer. The shooter thus has a clear, unobstructed view of their target. This positive effect is ensured by the Codura® reinforced top of the Quick Sleeve. Codura® is the brand name for an extremely durable and tear-resistant fabric made of polyamide. This material is used in areas such as motorcycle clothing, harnesses, and workwear due to its special properties. Since the neoprene on the side is comparatively more breathable, the heat is dissipated to the sides. The neoprene reliably absorbs shocks, for example against the stand, and also reduces the noise level depending on the silencer by about 3 decibels. The cover is suitable for all silencers with a diameter of 50 millimeters and a length of up to 224 millimeters. Note: After use in combination with a steel silencer, the Quick Sleeve must be removed to cool down after each use.
