Condition description: 3Krico Kriegeskorte hunting rifle in cal. .22lr, model 300. Krico is the brand name of the German company Kriegeskorte GmbH. In 1878, Robert Kriegeskorte founded the company Junghans & Kriegeskorte in Esslingen am Zollberg as a wholesale dealer for gunpowder, explosives, ammunition, and weapons. The establishment of a powder storage for this business met with resistance from the local population, and eventually, Kriegeskorte moved his business to Cannstatt, which is now part of Stuttgart. The production of hunting weapons began in 1954 with model 400 for calibers .22 Hornet and .222 Rem.
