Not subject to the sales ban:

The pyrotechnic ammunition is approved in Germany according to the German Weapons Act, so it is considered ammunition in the sense of the Weapons Act. The restrictions imposed by the "sales ban on fireworks" only affect items with approval under the Explosives Act, particularly the usual New Year's fireworks of category F2. For these items, the actually permissible sales period (last 3 working days) for 2020 is lifted by an amendment in §22 of the 1st Explosives Regulation. Our pyrotechnic ammunition is not affected by these restrictions!

Pyrotechnic ammunition classified as BAM PM1 may be fired year-round with signal or blank-firing weapons. Year-round use, acquisition, and possession are permitted from the completed 18th year of life.

Attention. Danger from fire or shrapnel, explosive and throwing objects. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other sources of ignition. No smoking.
 

Important manufacturer note:
The signal effects may only be fired from approved blank-firing or signal weapons with PTB mark using blank cartridges of caliber 6mm Flobert, 8mm Knall, or .315 Knall in conjunction with a launch cup (additional barrel) in caliber 15mm. The signal effects may also be fired from the approved weapons in calibers 9mm PA Knall and 9mm R in conjunction with a launch cup (additional barrel) in caliber 15mm, provided that the PTB test number on the launch cup (additional barrel) matches the PTB test numbers on the blank-firing or signal weapons.
 

Instructions for use:
Insert the black (open) end of the cartridge case first into the always cleaned launch cup (additional barrel). Hold the weapon vertically above the head when shooting. Pay attention to a clear shooting field and maintain sufficient distance from flammable objects. Never aim the weapon at people or animals!!! Use only outdoors!!! Sale only in unopened original packaging allowed. Store dry and protect from moisture. WARNING: A shooting permit is required for shooting outside one's own secured property.
 

To carry blank-firing, irritant, and signal weapons outside of one's own home, business premises, or own secured property, a small firearms permit and a valid ID card or passport are required according to the Weapons Act. Small firearms permits can be applied for at the authorities responsible for firearms law.
