Revolver Colt Python 6" .357Mag Stainless

The revolver presented here is in very good condition with minimal signs of use.

The weapon was built in CO.Hartford, conn. U.S.A

It was intended as a target shooting weapon and therefore had an adjustable sight and a ventilated rib.

The Python was made of steel with midnight blue bluing or nickel-plated, later also from matte or polished stainless steel (Stainless, Ultimate Stainless).

The final assembly of the Python revolvers was carried out by specialists who matched the lock parts through reworking.

This resulted in a smooth lock action as well as an exact trigger point and a consistent trigger weight.

In addition, precise centering between the cylinder hole and barrel was achieved through tight tolerances in the elements of the cylinder locking, which led to higher precision of the weapon.
